My name is Denny, and this in my first blog.

I created this blog based on my personal experience over several years as a calcium supplement marketing. If the first I think that calcium is only in need of bone and teeth formation fortunately, turned out to all parts of the body need calcium intake. 
99% of calcium is in bones and teeth, and only 1 % is in blood vessels. But, 1 % calcium in the blood vessels is very important. If the intake of calcium every day is not sufficient, then the body will take calcium supply from the spine. And if left every month, every year, we will suffer from osteoporosis. This disease is very dangerous, because the body more susceptible to other diseases
